BOB - BioMio Organic Bistro
Bio Mio is one of Copenhagen's newest restaurants in the 'Kødbyen' - the meatpacking district in Vesterbro. Everything, including wine and beer, is certified organic and the food is prepared to order by the chefs in front of you. Overflowingly popular within days of opening, get there early to avoid waiting - peak times are 7pm-8pm. No table service - you get an electronic card on the way in and go and order directly from the bar or the chefs, using the card to register your order. So it's a great way for large groups to eat together, as you just pay for what's on your own card - no trying to work out who drank the extra glass!
